🍷 Black Muscat for wine

Black Muscat can make a very aromatic red or rosé-style wine. It is particularly interesting for homemade winemaking because its natural aroma can remain noticeable after fermentation.

It can also be used for sweet or dessert-style wines, depending on the winemaking process.

🌴 Black Muscat in the Philippines

Black Muscat could be an interesting variety to trial, but it is still a Vitis vinifera grape and may face challenges from tropical humidity and fungal diseases. Good airflow, canopy management, drainage, and appropriate pruning are important.

For your wine project, I’d rate Black Muscat as more promising than many table grapes you’ve mentioned because it has naturally strong aroma and good winemaking potential.
